    Dr. Ali Nadjafi Principal - Dentist/Owner - GDC: 74106

    Dr Nadjafi qualified in Sweden. In the year 2000 he bought Dulwich Dental Clinic at 78 Lordship Lane where he has built a loyal client base through his outstanding professionalism and care in dentistry.

    Dr Nadjafi has a Diploma in Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry (UCLAN 2009) with a Masters pending for final dissertation. He has attended several certified courses in the UK and abroad for Implantology and Orthodontics.

    Dr Nadjafi is known for his attention to detail and has built an outstanding reputation in and around the Dulwich area. With an amazing eye for detail he continues to receive great feedback and praise from the patients at the practice. As Dulwich Dental Clinic continues to grow and expand he began to get requests for cosmetic treatment and decided to open Aesthetic Dental Zone to accommodate all of your cosmetic requirements.

    Dr Chris Tremain

    Dr.Chris Tremain Qualified from Manchester in 2004. He started at the practice after working for a few years in Spain. Chris can provide a wide range of high quality treatments tailored to your specific needs. With a strong emphasis on the prevention of dental disease.

    His gentle and friendly approach helps patients who are anxious to feel more relaxed. He enjoys running & hiking outside of work

    Dr Ahmed Ali

    Dr. Ahmed Ali performs all his dental treatments under dental microscope and now accepts referrals for consultations and treatment of complex root canal treatment, root canal retreatment and surgical endodontics, including root end surgery, hemi-section and root resorption repair after given the wide range of Specialist Endodontics training he received at Manchester Dental Hospital, Patients are referred to him at the practice for treatment focused on saving teeth using the latest techniques and materials.Ahmed qualified with a Bachelor of Dental surgery (BDS) in 2013. . He then worked as an associate dentist in an exclusively private practices for three years practicing in all aspects of general dentistry. Later, he started his 3-year Specialist postgraduate training residency programme in Endodontics (Specialising in root canal treatment) in 2017 at the Manchester Dental Hospital. During his specialist training, he treated patients referred to the Manchester Dental Hospital for complex root canal treatment and Apicectomy procedures. In 2021, he was awarded the degree of Master’s in Clinical Dentistry MSc. (Clin) in Endodontics by University of Manchester.Ahmed successfully completed his Endodontic Specialist training exit examinations (M Endo) at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and was elected by the college council as an Endodontics specialist member to the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.Ahmed always works closely with referring dentists, and in more complex cases, i.e, patients with multiple dental problems, he teams up to ensure that patients get the best outcome in the minimum number of appointments.He continues to enjoy treating patients in a kind, reassuring manner in all aspects of root canal treatments and dentistry.

  • Dr Ohsun Kwon - Orthodontic Specialist

    Ohsun graduated in dentistry from King’s College London in 2013 and gained experience in General Dental Practice, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Paediatric Dentistry before starting three-year Specialty Training in Orthodontics at the Royal London Dental Hospital and Ashford Hospital in 2019 Following completion of Specialty Training in 2022, he was awarded with Membership in Orthodontics (the Royal College of Surgeons of England) and a Doctorate degree (Queen Mary University of London).

    He is currently in a two-year Consultant training post at King’s College Hospital and Queen Mary’s Hospital Sidcup, where he enjoys teaching Postgraduate Trainees and treating complex multidisciplinary cases. He is also involved in the British Orthodontic Society as the Trainees’ Representative on the Specialty Advisory Committee, where he discusses matters related to the curriculum.

    Ohsun takes a gentle, friendly approach with his patients, whilst striving for quality and excellence in his work. Outside work, Ohsun has an endless list of interests and hobbies, in particular travelling, skiing, triathlon and playing piano. He loves taking on challenges – recently cycled from Trafalgar Square to Paris in less than 24 hours to fundraise for the Smile Train, a cleft lip and palate charity.

    Dr.Matin Honary joined Dulwich Dental Clinic in 2017. She is committed to providing high quality and affordable dental care to all her patients.

    Matin prioritises helping more anxious patients through clear and empathetic communication and by providing a calm clinical environment .

    In addition to clinical dentistry and Invisalign, Matin is also certified to provide facial aesthetics treatments such as Botox, Fillers, and skin boosters.

    Matin keeps informed about the latest developments in dentistry by regular participations in post graduate programmes.

    Dr Ridhhi Modi

    Dr Ridhhi Modi qualified in 2008 from Yerala Medical and Dental Institute, Mumbai. Since then, she continued practising general dentistry in Mumbai and established her own practice before joining Dulwich Dental Clinic in January 2024. Dr Modi also worked as an associate dentist in the pristine Cornwall for three years. With a very patient centric approach & great empathy for nervous patients.

    I have been working in the dentistry field for the past 8 years, beginning my career in reception and progressing to the role of Treatment Coordinator (TCO). In my current role, I work closely with dentists to coordinate and present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their options and feel confident in their care. I also conduct free smile consultations, offering patients a welcoming introduction to the practice and helping them explore potential treatments.

    As a TCO, communication is at the heart of what I do. I am the first point of contact for patients, addressing their questions regarding treatments, appointments, and payment options. I liaise regularly with the practice team to promote new patients and maintain a positive patient experience from start to finish.

    In addition to patient care, I handle financial management aspects by discussing payment plans and financial options with patients. I am well-versed in financial systems and procedures, ensuring clarity and transparency in all financial discussions to support patient needs.

    My experience has allowed me to develop strong organizational, communication, and financial skills, making me a valuable asset to both patients and the dental team.

    Vanessa is a dedicated dental hygienist at ADZ.

    With over 10 years of experience in the field she is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal oral health.

    Vanessa graduated from KCH in 2013 and her qualifications, combined with her many years of experience have given her a versatile set of skills, as well as the knowledge and insight that is required to care for all kinds of smiles.

    Vanessa prides herself herself in providing treatment that is relaxed, gentle and reassuring to even the most nervous of patients. She enjoys taking care of their anxieties and helping them to cope with dental treatment, as well as encouraging healthy dental habits. She has turned severe dental phobes into happy, regular patients.
